Default Future wheel/tire setup thoughts....

2013 5.0 MT82 w/ 3.73's here. Things are really looking good for the near future i'd like to start modding within a month or two. Staying all motor, aiming for 430-440 rwhp with bolties (probably Rev Auto's 5 inch intake tube, cobra jet int/tb, Borla ATAK catback, give or take the cats, idk - they don't test emission here) and i'd like to run summer tires, not drag radials on the street. Point of the car is going to be a daily driven lazy man's pro touring build I guess, I want to keep (and improve) the handling capability & grip, but without using boost or nitrous i'd like the car to trap 120 and be able to dust off anything lesser than a stock C6 Z06 from a stoplight....so. Yeah. I think i'm about to catch mod fever.

Now, even with stock power, it blows away the 275/40-19 Falken FK453's I have in 1st, 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear if its cool outside. And i've seen tuned 5.0's shred 285's and 295's in 2nd gear, rolling into it. So i'm thinking 305's or even 315's out back, not to mention how awesome it'll look. I'd like the rear tires to be a tiny bit wider than the body if possible, so it looks mean as **** from behind.

I decided to look for new wheels that are similar to the brembo package wheels and I eventually found the Forgestar CF5V's (anybody running them, feel free to post pictures of your car ****). Pretty good price for a forged wheel. I've pretty much decided to get them, but i'm not exactly an expert on offsets. But I do know that my front & rear wheels/tires need to be as close in diameter as possible to keep that balance. The 275's I have now must be almost and inch taller than the fronts, and it feels a little "unsettled" in high speed corners, like 120+ mph long sweepers on the highway. So!

For the front wheels/tires i'm thinking CF5V's in 19x9.5 with 265/40-19 Eagle F1 G:2's, not only are they a pretty decent price, but they come with the '13-'14 GT500 and whatnot, fitted on the same size wheel from the factory, so they're proven to be very effective with the S197 chassis and should have a nice solid OE feel. I used one of those tire height calculator sites and this front setup should be 27.3 inches in diameter.

If I do that for the front, then i'm probably going to want an 11 inch wide wheel in the rear, right? So now on to tire size choices. A 305/35-19 would be perfect...but have you ever noticed that NOBODY makes a Y-rated 305/35-19 summer tire??? I can't find one anywhere. They're all drag radials. A 315/30-19 is too short IMO, I wouldn't be satisfied with the look, and a 315-35-19 is too tall, and i'm not about to go on the hunt for a 325/30-19 or wider, because f*** that. So i'm probably gunna go for a 20x11 wheel out back?

My questions are....

1. Who is running, or has run, staggered CF5V's, and what are your dimenstions & offsets? Has anybody bought them in black, not gunmetal?

2. What are the best Y-rated 305/30-20 and 315/30-20 tires? Testimonials more than welcome

3. Does anybody have any rubbing issues with the 315's? I've heard that it's fine.

4. Will I need a panhard bar?

5. Is there any random S197 Guru advice that I need to know about wheels/tires? Lol
