I live in the midwest and mine is my daily driver.

I park in the garage at night, and my workplace has a parking garage, so it rarely sits in the sun.

I've had it for almost 5 years and haven't waxed it yet (other than trying some out on the hood, which made no difference). I wash it when it's dirty with S-100 Cycle Care and it still looks great. The S100 leaves a barrier on the finish that makes everything easy to come off the next time I wash. Also performs similarly to Rain-X on the glass. Highly recommend.
You use S100 on the outside of the car? I use it on my motor and it looks great and leaves everything with a clean, natural shine with just a touch of gloss. I've considered using it on my wheels and tires, but never considered using it on the whole car.

I use about an ounce in around four gallons of water. Spraying it on like it is a motorcycle uses way too much and is unnecessary.

Initially it will create a lot of suds, but they quickly dissipate. The product makes it easier to dry and leaves a deep shine. The more you use it the better it works.

I highly recommend.

Cool! What color is your car? How is this stuff on wheels and tires?

Mine is black.

Never used it on wheels or tires. I usually use just a regular car wash soap on my wheels and tires. I do them first and then empty my bucket. I'm sure it'd do well. I just have the factory 19 inch wheels so no matter how clean or shiny they may be, they're still kinda blah.
