Default What size screws for GT500 spoiler

I bought a 3D Carbon GT500 spoiler from a guy on CL. IT doesnt have the screws with it, but the spoiler does have threaded inserts already inside it. I dont know where he ordered the spoiler from he said he bought it from someone else on CL but decided to sell it since he found another one painted the color he needed. Does anyone know what size screws I need? I tested one laying around the other day. Im sure its an M6...but what about the length of it?

The OEM threads on the decklid studs that should have been on that spoiler are 6mmx1.0.

Not sure what the size is going into the spoiler M6 sounds right but you'll need to do a physical check with a stud from a local hardware store. These studs extend into the decklid about 2 inches.

Yup....that'll do....

Also, if you don't already have a spoiler... You'll need 4 holes on the trunk. Otherwise the stock locations should line right up.

just for anyone else needing to replace the screws I used M6 threaded rods cut at 20mm length. Ace hardware carries them. you can reuse to stock nuts.
