I bought some 2008 leather seats on ebay and the driver seat is power. My 2012 has cloth seats that are manual. How do i get the power seats to work correctly? I tried swapping the rails over but they are too different to work right. There has to be a way i can get power to the seats so i can at least move them forward about 3 inches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is probably going to take a lot of work on your part, but maybe hit up your local Ford dealership for the wiring diagrams on both the 2008 power seats and the 2012 power seats and use that to figure out a custom wiring harness to connect the two systems.

Went up to the local dealership and he told me to try cutting a splicing. We looked at the wiring diagrams for both and the power seats have two extra wires that my connection don't. I should have done my due diligence and figured out if they were compatible before i bought them. Thanks for the response though.

We were thinking along the same lines then. What are the two extra wires for?
