Funny you should ask....

I bought a set from AM a few years ago and frankly they were crap. Didn't fit well, were really thin cheap plastic, and had paint flaws. I returned them. But a year or so later I saw a set that a friend bought from AM that were perfect - so I ordered a new set from them and they were great. Fit perfect, paint matched with no flaws. I can only assume AM got a different vendor or something.

So.... I recommend them.

Hey Paul_VS,

You definitely have an awesome start to your build and she looks great!

I'm really digging the wheels, they definitely tie the entire car together.

Keep up the good work and let me know if you have any questions!

OK thx man, second question to you is, your hood stripes, did you put them on yourself?

Yep, this is the third set, so I've gotten pretty good at it. The first were just spears, and the second were required because I got a new hood. (Ford design flaw in the front of the hood causing rust, covered under warranty)

It's pretty easy if you get the surface you're applying it to & the sticky part of the decals nice and wet with a spray bottle of water with a couple drops of dishwashing liquid added to it. Then you can slide them around until you get them into exactly the right spot - then squeegee out any air bubbles with a credit card like thing that comes with most stripe kits.

Default No more rusty rotors

Put these drilled/slotted rotors on today....

Probably will paint the calipers in the next month or so. And.... also installed 6000k HID's in the driving lights, but one of the bulbs mounting bracket broke, so have to wait on those until I get a new one.
