DHG 2692 here and i have driven a Stock 2001 Conv Cobra with Short Shifter and CAI, a 2001 Hardtop Cobra with short shift, clutch, steeda shocks, flowmasters and CAI .. and been in a Mach 1 .. my opinion about the mach and bullitt are that they are designed for the driver and for the driver to feel the most happy and most comfortable about driving there car. they were baby projects of ford expecially the Bullitt imo. the bullitt is the best feeling, and most fun, i have a centerforce clutch magnaflow catback and some short shift my friend with the hardtop cobra gave me, still stock shift handle, bullitt badging on side and the 281ci SOHC badge instead of GT(although im going to change it back) and it is just soo ballsy. i do believe the car makes you feel like your driving a bit faster and harder than you are, while still in control, its very fun to take my car out and open it up with the radar det on .. plan on gettin radar jamming system that works parrallel with my escort s2. im going to change the part of my intake where the air filter is to a cai that goes into the fender, want to get headers, but beside that still figuring out what i want to do with it.. but im goign to put a front strutbar on and get drilled/slotted rotors, im gonna keep the calipers though, and im going to tint the sides to 30 but keep back stock, so if cop behind me wont think im hot with tints... ya know? oh yea, btw opinions on putting a Shaker and the Mach 1 CAI with Shaker intake system on the bullitt?
