230 rwhp with bolt ons IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!
I'm sorry but its not. Even with a dyno tune. Not possible.
The Dyno had to be ****ed up or something because it should not have read 230rwhp with bolt ons and a diablo chip!
I can see you having 230 BASE HP and 191rwhp like 97stallion said above. Not 230 to the wheels
