i think we have the TB thing settled. now for the power thing. if i took everything off my car and put it into a similar v6(i.e. same miles, year, tranny) and changed the tune on the chip and took off some of the custom stuf it would not have as much power. i have talked with others on this matter (finallya5.0) and he agreed on everything. somehow the stock driveshaft broke on a hard launch on 27/1050/16 MT e.t. streets. then went the second 7.5 with a similar death. on top of that i am on my second 8.8 rear end, first one broke on launch w/street tires.
