In addition to the above mentioned 'vert problems and the radio amps, you might also check to see if your buddy has UDPs and an electric water pump.
There's a few guys on m odularfords who seem to be having dead battery issues, and it seems to be correlated with having BOTH UDPs and the electric pump. Again, it's not a sure thing, but it's worth checking out.
