1967 Fastback mustangs
Hi, I'm new to this forum and I'm in the process of searching for a (preferably black) 1967 fastback Mustang for purchase. I just can't seem to find very many out there for sale. Additionally, it seems wherever I look, they aren't going to go for less than $30,000. Are thesefastbacks really that difficult to find? Or am I not lookingat the right places?Any help with some direction would be greatly appreciated!

its not that they are too difficult to find, but everybody and there dog thinks there mustang is a good start to a "eleanore clone"
so now everybody thinks these mustangs, even the completely rotting ones, are worth upwords to 30k because the remake of gone in 60 seconds had a 67 fastback as the "cool" car

On a more serious note - yes, they are pricey, and yes, you have to look hard for a good one depending on how far down the "restored" line you get. For pricing, this is what I discovered lately:
- 100% restored (concours or restomod, didn't really matter): $25-35K
- 75%-100% restored: $18-25K
- Less than 75% restored: anything up to $18K.
Of course, the "percentagerestored"is a subjective measure. If you want a completed one, you are gonna pay $$$!
