Hey guys, I found this clip of this British show that tests performance cars. Here is a nice clip (about 7 minutes) of a Shelby GT500 vs Roush Stage 3. They also preview it with a 68 Mustang (like the one in the Bullet movie)

The Roush is a far better road course car. I have the stage 2 susp along with some other changes. It makes a world of difference. As for the brakes I don't think the Brembos they are using are big enough for a 470rw pony car. Not too mention the front end is much heavier on the GT500. But I will say that if I could get a GT500 for MSRP and add the roush susp orBMRand some Big Baer's the GT500 would be far superior for a very reasonable price.

The potential of the GT500 is amazing. But stock for stock the Roush is a far better car

you guys seem to forget even IF the shelby was the worst handling, slowest car in the mustang lineup its STILL A SHELBY

that being said this video was dead wrong

wrong motor
wrong suspension
wrong brakes

so he compared a tricked out roush to a shelby thats not even what the shelbys are
