Default Oil pans on 91 2.3 na lx...

Anyone have an easyer way to take the oil pan off???

You're probably going to have to unbolt the motor mounts and jack the engine up. The oil pan also bolts to the transmission, so don't forget about those. I changed pans when I replaced my engine, so I can't give you exact directions, but you will have to jack the engine up a little to get the pan to clear the crossmember. It's not super difficult, just time-consuming.

ive got everything thing done but i cant get the exshaust of to raise the engine more... to must rust....

Just cut the Compression clamp (what ever its called) and it should be able to come out,

it says to take it off ater the mainifold... and the two bolts at the flange are rusted.... cut what??? were is it??? i dont wanna take it of at the mainifold of at the block... because to do it i have to raise the engine and tranny at the same time... and the pipe hits the body when coming up and wont bend...

Then cut the bolts, they will break if you try to take them out anyways.
