351,Your tuner should have no problem uploading and saving the Saleen tune. Now, the Saleen tune is locked...you cannot open it and modify the file.What software are you using? I have heard that theDioblo software is having problems with the new style Ford PCMs. I would recommend going to a tuner that uses the SCT software. He should easilybuild a custom tune for your car and download it, while at the same time, saving the stock Saleen tune. Just as if you had a stock GT and bought a handheld with custom tunes in it.
