"weird sound" doesn't tell us anything. can you get a video or recording?

Could you maybe post a clip on a video hosting site like youtube or photobucket?

the only thing I can think of is that is a slight timing chain rattle before the chain tensioner is pumped up; the tensioner(s) work off of engine oil pressure and can "bleed down" after the thing is off for a while. usually not a problem (my 4.0 liter Ranger occasionally does this too) but if you're concerned ask the dealer next time you have it in for service.

Well I visit dealership last week and i leave my car for two days for their research.

After their analysis he is hearing same noise on the new vehicles which are at dealership parking lot as well(this is what service manager mentioned over phone) and he open ticket for ford on that.

He called me yesterday(04/15/2015) and saying he got reply from ford on this and reason for causing this issue is engine oil in the engine drains lower part of the engine, and ford is working on this and he saying they will reach us back to dealership maybe in the June.

If that is the case, my concern is that okay to use the vehicle for such long time with that noise?

Well it's been several months. How's it doing now? This is one reason carmakers went to belts. I think it's back to chains cause we got sick of spending $1000 to replace it!
