does anyone make a bolt on driveshaft loop?
#2
The BMR front driveshaft safety loop technically should work. I'm waiting to get final confirmation from Latemodel Restoration. One of their guys in Research is test fitting one in a couple weeks on the 2011 to make sure it works. BMR also thought it would work but wouldn't say for sure as they haven't test fit one yet on the 2011. The research guy that's test fitting one is Justin. They said they'll add it to their blog once they do the install. That or you can call and reference his car.
LRS already lists it for a 2011. GT or V6 won't make a difference. I was going to put one in when I installed my aluminum driveshaft this past week but held off. I won't take longer than a couple minutes though to drop the front to add the loop. The whole driveshaft only took about an hour. It was really easy because I was able to slide it out from the back.
