specifically the BBK chrome ones, on a budget so probably not gonna shell out for the silver ceramic ones. (390$ vs 500$) does the ceramic really make that big of a difference?

and either the pypes catback (390$) or the dynomax catback (312$)

That's the lowest price I've seen that catback. Do you have a good muffler shop where you live? You might be able to save another $100+ if you build your own Pypes Exhaust since they sell the mufflers separately. That's what I did and am very pleased with the outcome.

yea i've heard of people ordering just the m80s, some tips and cutting up the factory tubing, end up with pretty much the same set up as the cat back, i've got a good performance shop decently close but theyre usually quite expensive, prolly go get a estimate anyways.

Midas or a local muffler shop will do the work the cheapest. And they will know what to do
to make it fit properly.
