My 2011 mustang coupe 3.7L has noisy fuel injectors, has 7500 miles on engine. Ford service Dept states this is common for these engines. Would this be a True statement. Never heard of this before on this engine.

My service manual says when the car is cold (not up to full operating temp) you will hear a clicking from the enjectors but that should go away once the engine is warm. Do you still hear them after the car has warmed up or just when it's cold?

It's not as loud when the engine is warmed up, but it's till there and I guess it will have to be something I'll have to learn to live with because of these newer engines. I sure miss my 68 GT with the 390 CI, now that was a mover and shaker.
