Sport Shift Mode Question

That is true. Put the shifter in "D" and you are in regular drive. Put it in "S" and you are now on sport mode for the transmission shifting; if you want you can shift it yourself using the +/- button or leave it in S and let it shift just like any other automatic. It also locks out overdrive when you are in S.

Putting it in S does not turn off TCS or Advance Trak though.

Sport mode is also handy for mountainous driving or anywhere you have steep downhill grades, it will keep it in a lower gear and let the engine help keep the speed in check so you don't have to use the brakes as much.

Question, if the pony is tuned will the tune affect Sport and select shift? Or just D driving?
