I went with the trident motorsports axlebacks. Great deep tone, not too loud where you'll wake the neighbors until you go WOT, then they scream. I couldn't be happier with my selection. I spent weeks listening to youtube videos through the surround system and they sounded best to me. In real life, they sound even better.

I went with the Pypes exhaust. IMO, for the $, it cannot be beat. It's really loud, but I do enjoy the sound. It's louder from in the cabin than it is from a bystanders perspective IMO. The fit was poor, couldn't get it to sit right, so took it to my muffler shop to get it just right. It's worth paying a good muffler shop the $50-60 to install this exhaust correctly, because it was a biotch for me to try to get it "right".

My last posting I had Bassani axle backs. This past Dec. I have upgraded to Magnaflow competition cat backs. I put my Bassani's on my wife's convertible and she loved it.

The reason I went with cat backs is Ford for some reason put a flat spot in the drivers side mid pipe. If you look under your car you can see it under the floor pan. I don't know why they would put this restriction in the pipe.

The new Magnaflow cat backs seem to breathe better now and sound great with no drone.

Default 2014 DIB 3.7 w/ sport shift "Blue Cyclone"

I recently installed Bassani's "race bullets" and after 750 miles "break-in" the drone was almost gone except in certain rpm ranges. I've learned how to control the sound and am very satisfied with them. 15 lbs. vs 40 lbs per muffler is a nice weight loss too! The "burble down shift sound" is a +.

The Flat spot is there to change the flow from one side to the other, that little bend in the bottom changes the resonance in the factory exhaust to help eliminate drone in the factory mufflers.
