What kind of transmission you have? My wives car had the same issue. It got to the point that you shut the car off and 2 seconds later it already wouldn't crank. Took it to the dealer and they changed the battery and said it's all good....same issue happened. towed it to the dealer and finally they found that the Transmission Computer was staying on after the car was turned off draining the battery. That worked fine for 6 months....now i'm back for the same issue...hence the reason i'm on the vlogs looking for answers.

I guess this is post coming back to life is proof that once something hits the internet it never goes away, lol!
Btw, if your car won't start immediately after you turn it off, I'd start by checking the battery voltage and the cranking amps. It sounds like your starter is overheating and locking up. You'll know if you are drawing more than 300 or 400 amps when you crank it over. You'll need a DC current clamp for this test, might be able to borrow one from Autozone. Nothing in your car can discharge a battery in 2 seconds. Either the battery wasn't charged (could be defective), the starter is defective, or you have a wiring or solenoid issue.
