Default Time it takes for BAMA tune

I've been running a BAMA 93R tune for awhile, and it is pretty good, but I recently got 3.73 gears installed in my car. I figured BAMA could modify my tune for the gears within a day or two right?

Well, its been 4 days, and they even go as far as to say it could take a whole week! I know when you write tunes for "Free Tunes for Life" members it isn't getting you money, but I do see how it would take a week to modify a tune just for a gear change.

To make matters worse, BAMA hasn't emailed me back for about 2 days, so it seems they only really care if you give them money up front.

Anybody else have any similar experience with BAMA?

Thinking of going to MPT after this.

The last time I ordered a new tune it took about 6, but that was because I ordered it on a Friday. They say to allow up to 3-4 business days. The last time I ordered a new tune they didn't receive the order until Tuesday and that is when I got my email, and then I got my tunes within the next day or 2. I don't remember which. Once they receive the order you should get the tunes pretty fast after that.

You said it's been 4 days, so did you order them Friday? If so that is why it is taking so long.

you should be able to change the settings for gears in the tuner itself, you don't necessarily need an entirely new tune

I recall on my SCT, it gave me the option to change the gear ratio on it myself. Have you looked on the device to see if it's something you can do?

Hey Zach-Sorry about the turn around time on the revision! Bama works as quickly as possible to have these set up but it's not something they want to have rushed. The revisions can typically take up to 3 business days to be emailed out. Can you let me know what your order number is and when it was placed? I'm happy to break down some doors for you and get this rushed out asap!

UPDATE! Tracked your order down and saw that it's physically boxed and ready to go! This will be getting dropped off at our warehouse shortly and we'll see to it that you have it tomorrow! Let me know if you have any questions at all and I'm here to help!
