Damn, so I might have to do this every few months, cause it seems like the tune lasts about 4-6 months

damn,I guess I have to do this more often, only been 2 weeks since putting the tune back in, noticed it wasn;t running up to par so I did the battery disconnect, that you mentioned, and it worked like a charm, might have to look for a different tune, cause I shouldnt have to do this every 2 weeks, have a bama tune now

On some tuners, you can disable the adaptive trims. Not sure if that's an option on your tune, but it might be worth asking about.
