there should be a bunch of push pins hoding in in on the bottom side and you'll have to remove the inner panels of your trunk to get to the other nuts that hold it on.

I just got done doing this. There are 5(i think) push pins conecting bumper to bumper reinforcement (3 in center 1 on each side. Then theres 2 screws in each fenderwell and the grommet think connecting the overflow tube from ur gas tank. Remove all those. Then you have to take out the interior panels in you trunk. The hooks for the cargo net unscrew and then you have to pop off the push pins from the plastic piece by the latch (4 or 5). Remove that panel, then the 2 side panels can be removed as well. There are 2 (1 on each side) metal clips that hold these to a piece of metal at the rear of your trunk on the sides. Pull these panels out and the trunk should be gutted except forthe trunk liner. If you want remove that too, 4 or 5 pushpins at rear bottom of trunk. There are ~7 nuts that you have to unscrew on the inside, just look for them and you will see. After everything is un bolted it should slide right off. Eric

it really isnt that bad. I took my time and labeled everything so it probably took an hour but the reinstall took 25-30 mins no big deal especially if it saves you $. And im only 17 so that shows you about how long ive been working on cars. Its easy.
