I recently bought a bullitt (thinking it was 100% stock), however, I found out that someone made some nice 'starter' mods to it: including: H-pipe, headers (definitely sounds nice), K/N filter, and probably some other things that I'm not aware of yet. btw, I bet it could be .5 seconds faster 0-60 than regular GT. The 5 hp isn't the only thing you need to consider. The other mods are there for a reason...
