Default where is the fuel inertia switch

where is the fuel inertia switch on an 89 lx? I think that might be one of my problems. Will that affect the way the computer works? or does it just cut off the fuel and thats its only purpose?

Rear lights inside panel.....

Nope....it shoudn't cause any problems with the ECM....it simply cuts power off to the fuel pump when the switch trips by excessive vibration.

Did the computer give you an error code when you scanned it? If so just clear the codes and test again.
