compression is all in your hands with your choice of pistons I went with a -5cc piston with a 70cc combustion chamber to get my11:1 ratio. 11:1 is all ya can really get away with on 93 octane pump gas, but you do that its NOx and SOx counts are gonna be way to high to pass any emissions sniffer test.
I don't know what the chambers on the GT-40P heads are but I am sure someone around herecan tell you.
The GT-40P heads are your best bet for less restriction on a budget, at least better then the E7 5.0 heads and your gonna need to get the head bolt holes made bigger to fit the 351 bolts

If you ever have plans to boost in the future I owuld go with a 18cc dish piston (Just an example, and what I have) I will be going with a 58cc head, That will give me about a 10.8:1. Thats plenty for the pump gasI want to use.
Then if you even want to add boost all you have to do is get a bigger head. So All I would need to do is get a 72cc head
and boom my compession is back down below 9.5:1.
blocks goin to the machine shop monday so i'll know if it will have tobe .040 or .060 over
