Default 408w turbo

Well its about that time folks, my 351w 5spd swap has been giving me 6 months of rock solid DDing reliability. Now its time to pull her back out and build her up. Right now I'm doing some parts shopping and I have a list gathering. If you have time check out the list and tell me how you think the parts would work together. If anyone has any engine analyst programs and wishes to input some advice that would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching everywhere and can't seem to find anyone with the exact setup I plan on running although I'm using very common parts. Heres the list currently with links, most everything im ordering from summit unless I find a better price elsewhere.

115 arp head studs
316 90mm t/b
1,044 victor jr heads
133 intake valves
123 exhaust valves
197 f303 cam
100 lifters
134 valve spring retainer lock seal
170 1.6 RR
26 pushrod guide plate
steel dis gear
25 stainless steel 3/8 tubing
21 summit valve covers
1150 stroker kit

I already have:
f4te roller block
mallory vac/boost 1:1 afpr
msd 6a & street fire coil
lmaf 90mm
t4m0 ecu & QuarterHorse tuner w/ wideband
edelbrock super victor efi intake
9/16 fuel rails
walbro 255 intank
160 tstat
1200cfm electric fan
oversized radiator

built trans and rear end good for 700hp. I plan on making 700rwhp/900rwtq I'm not going to spin it any faster than 4800 rpms and this is a 100% street daily driver with no track time.

im still looking for 80lb or larger 14.4ohm injectors, 1 5/8 turbo headers that clear accessories including a/c (testing some now), but if anyone has any recommendations or sees a problem thus far please let me know. The turbo is a Borg Warner S475 with a T6 housing and a .96AR from Majestic. I already have 30x mandrel bends of various angles in 3" and 3.5" sizes along with 32ft of 3.5" pipe and 16ft of 3" pipe sitting in my car room next to my 3" I/O turbo mufflers.

I'm looking for any advice at all, I'm itching to spend some money right now just waiting to see what others think

I am not a turbo expert but I can't believe the cam is a good choice. You will need an elbow for that intake manifold. You will need a better fuel system. Good luck.

i have an edelbrock 90mm elbow on the car right now, I'm going with 3x 3/8 runs 2x feed and 1 return, i already have a walbro 255 intank, and another walbro 255 hp external thats going to be wired to a full throttle switch

I didn't think the cam choice was good either, something is telling me to go larger on the lift but im kinda hesitant because of my 4500rpm redline.

anyone else want to chime in with some advice and or suggestions?

sounds sweet. what you gone to do about a wastegate and a blowoff? how about the inercooler? That is a large turbo and the down pipe on that thing is 5in it is gone to be tough running that thing. the F-cam works very well with a turbo but it will leave a lot on the table with the CID you are talking of. why such a low RPM? If you move up to a Custom cam I would call Cam Motion they are one of the best out there with turbo cars. You don't need a stroker to make the HP goals you are saying with that turbo and a 351.

well i did a bit of purchasing since this post here is my current list of parts, all of these parts are sitting in my room right now just awaiting install (im currently rebuilding the engine out of one of my supercharged cars)

f4te 351w roller block
408 forged stroker kit
9:1 CR
arp rod bolts
solid motor & rubber trans mount
k member clearanced 1/2"
hood mount clearanced 1/4"
retaining the stock hood

fully welded subframe
3/4 solid bracing throughout
solid compressed IRS bushings
1.5" lowering springs

borg warner s475mm turbo 1.1 AR T6
tial 44mm w/g
tial alpha q bov
31x12x3 intercooler
3" mandrel pipe H & C
#4 oil feed/ #10 drain

rhs heads 64 c/c 215 I 66 X
2.08 I, 1.6 X
full comp cam valvetrain
2x valve springs
1.6 RR
arp head studs
mls gasket

F303 hydraulic roller cam
226 @ .05, 288 adv, .512 lift, 114 LSA
ford racing steel dis gear

melling hi vol/stock pres oil pump
canton 7qt pan
oil filter relocation

full size radiator
1200cfm 2spd electric fan
160 tstat

edelbrock super victor EFI intake
edelbrock ls1 elbow 90mm
1" carb bore spacer
75mm t/b
90mm LMAF w/ mafia
CAI w/ 9" conical

edelbrock 9/16 fuel rails
siemens deka 80# high z injectors ev1
mallory afpr
walbro 255 in tank
walbro 255hp external
3/8 stainless fuel lines
2 feed 1 return
methanol injection

1 5/8 primary shortys w/ 3" collector
3.5" mandrel to dual 3" mandrel
2x 3" I/O turbo mufflers out back

m5r2 5spd trans
brass blockers
luk clutch & PP
8.8" 3.08 trac-lok

T4M0 ecu
quarterhorse
innovate wideband
msd 6a & street fire coil
battery relocated to trunk

cross drilled/slotted rotors @4
carbon metallic pads
dual piston calipers up front

I could probably make the power I want with the 351w but mines just so tired it needs a rebuild i have a bunch of blowby and im too scared to do a compression test cuz i know its not running as great as it should. So since im going to rebuild it i might as well stroke and i need all new forged parts anyway so the 408 kit appealed to me.

the f303 cam is plenty since i plan on making max hp at 4k rpms im not revving it anymore than that because this is a 100% daily driver, and all spinning it faster is going to do is cause me to split the block. These stock blocks dont like much over 700 ponies at the back wheels

I am looking at the almost the same combo that you have (well I am a bit budgeted on money unfortunately..) imho FORGE the crank! If you add too much boost and spin that bad boy up, you will regret not having a forged crank.

I am lookin at the forged eagle kit from cnc, comes with the crank, h beams, and srp -28cc dished pistons to help that boost/compression issue. just my .02
