Ok well it seems my desired power levels are a bit off, so thats gonna have to change, because unless I come upon 3 or 4 grand extra, a dart block is unrealistic right now. that or wait a couple of years to finish college and then build the car, but we all know leaving a car as is, is very difficult and I would like to not continue to spend money on this engine. either way, thx for the help guys Ill keep you guys posted, I have a deal on a roller block already, but im waiting to sell my drivetrain if I do decide to do that. Thx again guys.

If you can find the older block, and have is machined for four bolt mains with main studs, then 700 hp is no problem. Having it machined is alot cheaper then a dart block too.
