flywheel on 351

can i use a 302's flywheel for a 351?
i know ihave to get different headders anything else besides that?

no the late model 5.0 uses a 50 oz flywheel, you need a 28oz 157 tooth flywheel. i recommend the ford motorsport part#fms-m-6375-a302, its billet steel and you can slap the 5.0 clutch right on it. its not cheap but after buying a 70 dollar e-bay flywheel that was so warped i couldnt use it (now a nice paperweight!) you get what you pay for. dont forget youll need to swap oil pans also, the engine mounts are the same, 302 and 351w dizzys are different so youll need one of them also. good luck

Awesome so i can use any 5.0 clutch off summit correct, just double checkign about to buy a stage 2, dont wanna return it ???
