Default computer for a 95 mustang w/393 stroker???

this question is concerning the car in my sig. at idle, the car seems to be getting way to much fuel & it has somewhat of a uneven/ lopey idle which I don't think is normal considering the small TF stage1 cam that it has.I would think it would be smoother. anyone have any insight on the idle?
I also do not think that it has as much power as it should but it is a heavy car so I really don't know. I did the KOEO test earlier & this is what it showed::: 511,511,1212,212.
the 212 code is (ignition module circuit failure/SPOUT circuit grounded) anyone know what this means? the ignition module is a BBK. 1212? I don't know. 511 is (Read Only Memory test failed, replace PCM)
my computer is a reman 94 Cobra & was "tuned" for the stroker motor back in 2005. it dynoed @ 310hp & 383tq to the wheels when it was built. ###'s sound low to me but this is my first "fast" mustang.I have only owned the car for 2 months so all of the mods were done by the previous owner. I guess my main question is, could the 511 code be showing up because of the computer having a chip in it?
any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe

Default

the tuner could have disabled the ECM's self learning.. probably where the 511 is coming from.

also, ditch the E7's and get a real cam and HELLO 400hp
