Default suggestion for 351w build

I just bought a 351w and wanted to know what you guys have done on your builts IE cam, heads, headers, intake and carb. Im also thinking about buying a 427 stroker kit from forstrokers, a CHP set. Any suggestions would be realy appreciated.

Depends, what are your goals and objectives, and what type of car are your putting it in? There are no good parts or bad parts, only parts that work well as part of a matched combination designed to meet your goals as efficiently as possible.

I am looking at building a Windsor on pump Gas that will have a 4 inch stroke crank with 6.250 inch rods and Probe Cleveland 15 cc dished pistons and AFD 220 cc Cleveland Canted valve heads. Compression will be about 10.7 to 1 and with about a 6800 rpm shift point and a 5 spd in a Fox Mustang this 408 inch engine should make about 550 hp on N/A. With the right parts(suspenssion) it should run mid 10's in the 1/4 @ about 130 MPH.
