Default Looking for Mild 351w Build Recipe

Hey guys, we are getting ready to build a motor for our 68 Fastback. You can check out the build thread here:
https://mustangforums.com/forum/clas...-fastback.html

We are starting with a 94 F4TE 351w engine. For a transmission I have a rebuilt T5. I will be running a Holley 4 barrel carb. I'm not trying to make massive power and I would like to stick to a budget so it would be nice to avoid aftrmarket heads. The car will be 100% street driven, so something well tempered is a must. I'd like to keep around 325-375HP to spare my transmission. I'm open to all suggestions so please tell me your thoughts. Thanks guys!

351w w/ roller lifters and stock cam would have strong torque and a pleasure to drive.
With stock heads I would avoid cams designed for max HP at 5000rpm and low torque at 1000RPM. I would look at RV type cams for more emphasis on low end torque which is what you feel driving around.

600cfm carb ok for stock heads.
