I gave you all the info you need. E7 heads, GT40, and GT40p ARE ****ING GARBAGE!

DO NOT PUT THEM ON A 351w!

So, Masterbeatty... I see you decided to badmouth the Mustang Community on Greatlakes 4x4... Not cool man. I can understand you being dead set on swapping in the 351w, but I assure you, putting the GT-40p heads on there is going to leave a sour taste in your mouth...

You already have a decent base to work from. Put a Ford Racing F cam in the engine, and toss a used vortech or paxton S/C on it with a blow through carb! It'll make nice power, be streetable, and still have decent MPG. 351w are heavy turds... you are adding unnecessary weight to the front of your vehicle.

If you would open your mind a bit and stop being so ignorant to the facts, you would find that there is alot of useful info that I have given you here...

yes i do have an opinion that is alot of the people on these mustang sites are arrogant and cocky ill come here and say the same goes for people on fullsize bronco, gl4x4, **** anysite i can think of that ive been on.
i dont think a blower will fit my budget if aluminum heads wont.. id love to go buy aluminum heads honestly id love to stroke it bore it and get 500 horse from it, most likely my dream to have a 500 horse foxbody haha. but ill try and find the links and im not doubting what youve told me but ive read up alot and alot of people show the gt40s are superior to the e7. right now i realize 400 horse is not realistic for me. not this year. maby by next winter or if i can find some good used heads yes. but i can sell the 302 and recoupe some of my money as far as headers and an intake. 5500 would most likely be the max rpm so im not looing for 6500rpm.

Well, If you can't afford to do it right, you certainly can't afford to do it twice.

Why don't you just save up your money and get it right the first time.

FWIW, the 351w Combo with the heads you want to run, probably wnt break 260-270 at the wheels.

fair enough ill slap it on a stand and go slow then. i figured getting it in and running with the gt heads and then buying aluminum would be a good step.
where might i look for good deals. so far ive been checking craigslist just because i wouldnt have to deal with shipping. not sure where else, i havent looked much in the forums here or other sites yet

also stock the 351 throws down 210 and 325 you only think it would gain 50 hp or so by cam, intake, headers, and gt40 heads?
