Default 351w cam endplay

Hi guys. Quick question if i may. I installed my new cloyes timing set on my 351w. Cam is flat tappet.
After clearancing my cam thrust plate i took abit too much off. I'm sitting at .011". camshaft endplay.I have done some research and i know guys say .004 to .010. Think i'd be ok or should i shim it.

If so does the bronze thrust washer come in different sizes?
Thx for any advice in advance.

1. The bolts that you should be using have a real thin head on them, they are peculiar to that application.
2. Ford Racing will be happy to sell you a new plate. the new plate should require NO GRINDING...........
