Default I have an engine already, how much for the swap

I have a stockish '84 351w sitting in a corner of my garage. My 5.0 is burning a quart every 500 miles. How much will I spend for all the parts needed for the swap?

It's a stock 351w. I just want to get it in and running as cheaply as possible without cutting corners. I want to keep the fuel injection.
As far as I can tell, I need:
intake manifold
flywheel
headers
accessory bracket adapters
What else?

What else?
*Lower intake manifold
*Headers
*Distributor
*Cylinder heads (technically they're the same, but the 302 uses a 7/16" bolt vs the 351's 1/2". Just bore the hole out.)
*Hood
*Flywheel
*Balancer
*Accessory brackets

Then depending on the cam (hydraulic vs mechanical), then you're going to need a cam built for a 351w, not a 302. Ford also didn't start making hydraulic roller blocks until 94 or 95, can't remember. So for yours, if you decide on running a hydraulic cam, which I would recommend, then you're going to have to get a set of retrofit hydraulic lifters for your block. The 302 spider dog bone thing won't swap (to my knowledge). I also think the pushrods are different too

new oil pan and pickup available from frpp for around $120. You're gonna get used to the small bump in power pretty quick, I would recommend spending the extra money now to get retro-fitted roller lifters, with which you'll also need new shorter pushrods. It'll be worth it though to get you that extra thump. with the stock hydraulic flat tappet lifters you're limited to how big a cam you can use.
