Default cam info on 351 w?

i have a 351 w bored 20 over im going to put gt 40 heads on it wondering what is a good cam that will proform good on street and strip and still sound lumpy. also any idea on what valve springs to run on gt40's?

.020 lol ...... the springs recommended for the camshaft.
