need suggestions
I am building a junkyard dog. using spare parts I have laying around. here is what I got so far
1994 gt convertible with automatic
1984 351w bare block punched .030 over
393 rotating assembly
190cc aluminum heads with 1.7 roller rockers
dual plane carb intake
200cc roush cast iron heads with 1.7 rockers
trick flow upper and lower intake for 302
complete harness and computer out of a 89 lx coupe that had a manual trans
I am thinking about buying the link bar lifters, custom cam, and build the 351w to a 393. thought about buying the lower intake to match the trick flow upper that I already have and install the harness from the 89 into the 94 and maybe run a c6 or maybe even a glide. I done want to spend a lot of money cause, like I said. this is a junkyard build that im hoping to run strong. should I even waste the time with the efi and just go carb? I would like to hear other people suggestions and ideas. 2 heads are better then one.
thanks

well exactly what kind of intake, name of mfg and model?
what are the aluminumn heads?
are they ported?
link bar lifters are not exactly "budget".
do you wany bottom end power or bad bottom but 6500 rpms?
in general, either efi or carb are fine performance wise tell you bwhsat of the parts you have you should run
if you want a custom cam then they can tell you what of the parts you have you should run.
if you need a custom cam guy, i would call scott main at cam resesarch . . his engines have won pro nhra world championships, set nhra redords etc.. and he is a ford guy.

also try bullett cams.

The aluminum hEads are the cheap procomp set. Bought them really cheap. This car is going to be a street car might go to the track from time to time. Mainly driVing to and from the shop and have a little fun doing it. Lol
