I am looking to get into the Mustang scene and have had my eyes on 94-95 Cobra's for awhile now. I found one that I like, it's a 95 5 speed, convertable with 115,000 miles on it. I know some cars are known for going way past 100k miles without any serious troubles. Are Cobra's one of them? The car looks like it's in great shape, just wanted to get a opinion from experience. Thanks.

You will need to check out the engine and tranny to determine how well she was taken care of, regardless of how many miles are on the clock. 100k is not that many miles for a well cared for car.

As long as it's in good shape and hasn't been beaten on, I'd say over 200K would be high mileage. It just depends on a lot of things though.

i would say around 250+ is high milage for the 5.0

My 94 5.0 has 135K on it. It runs great, doesn't burn oil, gets good MPG etc. You should be good as long as it wasn't abused.

my 94 has 203k miles on it, doesn't burn a drop of oil, and still gets 25+ mpg... Mileage is not a concern on a well cared for 5.0
