I pulled the plugs. They had gas on the tips. I checked the fuel pressure and it is 30 and steady. I am sure this has something to do with poor gas mileage. Any thoughts? Something is telling the car to add more fuel. The vacuum is good.

a lack of power and bad gas mileage could be the result of a backup in your exhaust system, which would usually be because of bad catalytic converters. just because they/it may not be bad enough to totally bog out your car doesnt mean its not hurtin your car's performance at all.
If there is gas on a plugs, you might have a sticking injector somewhere. Run some injector cleaner through your next tank of gas, as mentioed in above posts.
Gas guages have nothing to do with figuring MPG. All you need is a correct odometer, and an accurate gas pump.
Is there a chance the coil pack is not providing enough spark energy? I doubt it, but worth a look.
The MAF and the O2 senorare the primary senors that provide input for A/F ratio, I think, but you have new ones , so those should be good.
Is the thermostat working right? Runing too cold can cause rich conditons.

i get about 16/17 mpg in my 2002 v6 auto..
i also have 245 35 20s as a result there is a 2.5 mile speed difference in 10 mile calculation. so every 100 miles i so i add 10 to my overall calculations and i come up with 18/20. does that make sense?
i changed my air filter recently and it was completely black. i guess it was never changed before i got it. i plan on doing the spark plus and wires soon. will those 2 make any difference? i am on a budget and i can not afford a full time up..
any suggestions on prioritizing my tune up?
