Factory stereo upgrade

Default Factory stereo upgrade
I have an '03 GT with the mach 460 6 CD stereo. I want to add 2 10" subs to the existing factory stereo. Does anyone have any advice on how to wire from the head unit (which wires do i need to find) to the back? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Every place i goto they say i need all new speakers which is pretty gay. They say it will short out or somtin.
