Well I love my 91, but they are all basically the same except for a few engine internal differences in the 93. Obviously the condition plays a huge role in which car you are going to want. In my case, I wanted to see the improvments over time, and improvments in the 1/4 mile after each upgrade, So I was in search of a completely stock 5.0.. I found it and couldn't be more happy with my car. As for first mods, intake/exhaust and gears are three of the main ones..
The Mustang GT's of that time period (91-93) did not come with 4 wheel disc. Front disc and rear drum only...
Hope I was a little help!!! Good luck and have fun.

Yes there are many different conversion kits, you can find on jegs.com and summitracing.com and in a bunch of the mustang magazines.
I have the 4.10's in my car for the street, and occasional trip to the track, acceleration is great, top end is great, mid is great, and gas mileage actually improved!!! If you want something a little more driveable for road courses and street, 3.73's and 4.10's are the way to go!!!

Gears are anywhere from 170$ up to about 200$ I recommend Ford Motorsport Gears or Superior Axle and Gear, and installation is another 250-300$ ... About 500-600 bux for the whole shebang.

No I am pretty sure that 93 came with 205 HP and 275 ft lbs of torque and the 90 through 92 came with 225 and 300ft lbs of torque
