im getting a vibration when braking above 50 mph. i have replaced everything, inner and outer tie rods, idler arm and even the control valve and steering ram. the only thing that made any difference is when i aired up the tires from 32 psi to 44 psi. that felt like it got rid of half of the vibration. took it to the alignment shop and they said the control valve had to much play in it so i changed it and the steering ram out but no difference. the tires are in really good shape and have plenty of tread left on them. any thoughts.
If the rotors are in good shape, then they should turn down right away. Don't forget that a tire can be bad. You may try to rotate the front to back and see if that helps.
well that was my first thought, the tires. but the tire, alignment shop, insisted the tires were good, figures, after all they sell the tires. i checked the run-out and its under 5 thousands. im going to switch the tires rear to back.
