like they said, body parts are interchangable between 94-98,
but theres other parts of the car that are interchangable with a wider span of years, like interior is interchangable between 94-04 (all depending on what dash options you are looking for)

Ive seen a couple of 94-98 with 99-04 body panels (fenders, hoods, doors), they will fit but.... the body lines wont match up with the 1/4's too well.

I know that the rear window is practically the same with the SN95's and the 99-04 ones.
I'm pretty sure of that because the rear window louvers say 94-04 on them.
Wheels are interchangeable too. haha
