The "only inhouse" installs was from years ago, when the first kit came out. You can order the kit, install it yourself or have your local shop install it.

looks like they mixed up the pricing?

the kit under 5k states in the title that it includes the tuner. the kit OVER 5k does not state a tuner in the title. i'm assuming they got it backwards?
