hey bazookajoe,
i just sent you a PM but not sure if you got it. i was just wondering if you knew the inside diameter on your c&l filter where it attaches to the intake. this is off subject but this info will be really helpful.

as for the iPod adapter from Peripheral, does it matter when you purchased the unit to get a refund? I bought mine from discountcarstereo.com a little over a year ago.

i have the pie adapter, and it works well. the install wasn't too bad. i got stuck but I called their number and got help right away. total install time was like an hour and 15 mins (first time installing anything car audio related). It really helps to have the instructions on how to disassemble the dash area to get to the radio.

hataap,
how long you have it installed? any problems so far?

P.S. - A rep from discountcarstereo.com told me that PIE makes two units: one specifically for the iPod and the other for any auxillary device. He said the "AUX" model has occasional issues being recognized by the car. Which unit do you PIE users have installed? Thanks.
