Navbtcret has a single, with a 3" pipe I believe. I had a single, with a Ford Racing Borla on, and it was too damn loud and droning for me. I went with FRPP Dual system, and it sounds a lot better, does not drone and has a great note. So, you can do single, you might not like the sound.

I never had a single with my X but when I did have it was a little more raspy than my duals, especially when first starting out in the morning. That was a flowmaster 40, so I don't know how that compares to the FRRP muffler. I have dual FM 40's now with an X pipe and it is a great set up.

I'm curious to know if anyone from CA bought the Hi-Po kit, and if so, how did you guys pass emissions?

Is your belt slipping? I've never heard of this problem before. You may want to call Dave Vanek at Explorer Express as he is quite willing to answer technical questions.

If it didn't start how could the belt smoke? (The belt has nothing to do with timing)If the belt is rubbing, you could have the spacers reversed on the idler pulley bracket. Did you check all your wiring connections? Did you load the tune? Did you call Dave?
