I've been hearing about the X-Intercooler, and I'd like to see what the numbers are when it becomes available. Its gonna be awhile before I do get mine but, I'm just preparing for when the time comes. What kind of numbers are u getting with yours Mr.Ugly?

dont bother the x is very slow you should install a Rocket in the trunk instead. !

anytime you want to come buy and go for a ride let me know. im running the 3 " pulley and it is plenty fast for me.

For those of you considering F/I...DO IT!!! Getting blown ROCKS!!!
Ok, so I''m using a vortech and not x-charger, but there's some similarit in results. Lots more fun to drive, indeed!!!

Regarding boost So-cali, 6-7 psi of boost will put you around 275 or so, with a 'safe' 93 octane tune; to get to 350 at the wheels would requre around 13-15 psi.
Peak torque is about the same as peak hp, but occurs at lower rpms.

IDK much but, 13-15lbs sounds a little unsafe...I think I can be content with at least 310HP so maybe 10-12 lbs?

+1 on high boost. 10 psi should put you around 310 rwhp. Dont forget there is some loss in the drivetrain, so hp at the crank will be higher.

I'm mostly concerned with it at the wheels but, I think 310 is realistically more possible and DOable "safely" than say 350+

Quick question, never really saw an answer anywhere. Gettin an X when I have the money next summer.
I currently have a Steeda CAI. Can it be used with the X? I ask because the Steeda CAI uses the stock inlet tube (as well as steeda using the X on one of their v6 applications). Can I buy the Cali spec X-charger (less expensive) and use the Steeda CAI?
Sorry if its a dumb question..
