well i have a friend with 2000 civic and got pulled over for aftermarket muffler and for how loud it was.
my mustang is by far louder and i have no problem with cops and my exhaust. she has to go to court over it for a noise violation. her car is not that loud! its crazy. i cant find any laws sayin about this. im sure there are but any info is wanted and appriciated. she has a fee and a summons for this. i think its crazy.
thanks guys

When I visit my father, (he lives in Fredericksburg) he is amazed by the fact I dont get ticketed for my set up. (hes an uptight luwyer thats never gotten a ticket for anything) From what I understand, VA is really strict on inspections, noise, emissions, etc.
