Default Wheel Well Clearance?

I just got a set of new rims.

I got 18x9 S-Style with Nitto255/45-18 on the front
and
I got 18x10 S-Style with Nitto 275/40-18 on the back.

My brothers were saying that the tires are so wide, if I made a sharp turn they will rub up against the wheel well. I did my research and never got an indication they would. But... I want to make sure.

Opinions...? Help me put my mind at ease? Will I have any problems?

You got the correct size tire for the rims... It won't rub

Well, I mean, it won't rub up against the car? And do you think I should get a wheel alignment with the new rims/tires or is it not needed? (rims and tires already prebalanced and mounted)

255/45-18 won't rub your wheel well. A few days ago I had a rep call the manufacturer of the wheel, who looked up tire size specifically for 2005+ Mustangs. You're good to go.
