UPDATE:
almost finished, just waiting on ppackage stripe on passenger side...
installed gt fascia, clear lens, new fender, ford racing 17" chrome wheels, gt grille, passenger headlight
shops wanted 2000 to install/paint bumper and fender.... i installed everything, bought painted new fender off fleabay, threw in the wheels and ac/dc tickets with the left over money...

Your best bet is to go into your agents office and explain waht you want to them and let them handle the adjusters because adjusters will argue eveytime about just replacing it as was. The agents office is who you are a client too and your who they have to deal with so they will try to make you happy, I worked in an agents office for forever- its the way to go.
